Community Culture

The UNC Eshelman School of Pharmacy aspires to be a diverse and inclusive community of people to accelerate new thinking and ideas in education, research, and practice that improve human health worldwide. 

Students experiencing culturally insensitive incidents and/or explicit bias, implicit bias, microaggressions, stereotypes, etc. should submit the Community Culture and Climate Improvement Tool.  The submission form will request information about how, when, and where the incident occurred.
