Room Reservation Policy

Rooms are available except when classes or labs are meeting.

In Chapel Hill, if you would like to reserve a room for a student organization, contact the Student Senate Secretary. All other requests may be made by visiting this site where you can view room availability and request a reservation. 

In Asheville, if you would like to reserve a room for a student organization, contact the AEC Secretary. All other requests may be made by contacting the Associate Director of Student Affairs, Asheville.
