COVID Vaccine Requirements

Students with clinical experiences at clinical sites that require completion of the COVID-19 vaccine series as well as sites that require completion of a booster, must complete their vaccination series by the deadlines set by the placement sites. Students who cannot show proof of vaccination or who otherwise do not meet clinical site requirements may not be permitted by the clinical sites to work in these clinical settings. Alternative scheduling options can be discussed with the Office of Experiential Programs, noting that some options may result in a delay in progression through the PharmD curriculum.
